Monday, 8:04. Three of 24 client stores need you.

CatalogLift watches every client's WooCommerce catalog at once, says which stores need a person this morning and why — and turns each one into work you can approve, prove, and invoice.

Open a store, and its room opens beside it.

Each of the three opens on the screen the product opens: a fix to decide on its evidence, a connection to read, a queue to work. Nothing reaches a client's catalog that you did not authorise — by hand, or through an agent you sent in your place.

The morning, done before the coffee is.

An example morning, not a live account — the rooms are the product's own.

Three steps, and nothing to ask the client for.

1. Install the plugin on the client's store

Download it from your workspace, upload it in their wp-admin, activate — you, or their developer. It needs WordPress 6.7, PHP 8.3 and WooCommerce 10.0 or newer.

2. Press Connect, confirm in your workspace

The store introduces itself; you confirm it with one click and it joins the board. No REST keys, no Jetpack, no WordPress.com account — and the client's admin login stays theirs.

3. Read the first findings, then decide the plan

The first sync starts on its own and every check runs on the result. A first store is free — 1,000 products, every check, 25 AI runs on the client's own catalog.

One queue, one decision, one allowance.

The board and the queue are what you just saw. The rest of the week is three rules.

You decide — or your agent does, on your authority.

Every draft waits at Review with what triggered it, the catalog facts behind it and a confidence score. Approve it and it is applied, read back and verified by a re-scan; skip it and nothing happens. A client asking “why did this change?” gets an answer that was written before the change was made, and a receipt naming who decided it.

Send an agent in your place.

Connect an AI assistant of your own over MCP and it walks the board before you open it: checks the catalogs, orders drafts against each client's playbook, decides the ones that fit your rules and leaves the rest for you. It has your reach and no more, and a day-by-day log in your panel tells you what it did. How that works.

One AI allowance, where the work is.

5,000 AI runs a month for 5 stores, 1,000 more for each one you add — one pool for the whole account. Spend it onboarding a client this week and another the next. When it runs out, drafting pauses while scanning, approvals and applying keep working, and no line item lands on a client's bill.

The report writes itself.

Every finding, decision and verified change lands in history — per store, in plain language. When the client asks what the retainer bought this month, you don't write a summary. You show the record.

Every applied change is confirmed by a re-scan, and eligible changes can be rolled back for 150 days.

An example month, in the shape the history keeps it.

Careful, because it isn't your store.

An edit by the client's team comes first

If their team changed the product after a draft was written, the draft is held as stale until it is re-checked. Before any write, the connector compares the current value first.

The client changes their mind? Rollback for 150 days

Eligible changes roll back from their own receipts, with the same current-value check — so the rollback lands on what the product says now.

Each store is its own room

Findings, drafts, approvals and history are scoped to the store they came from. The board aggregates status; nothing else crosses between clients.

A one-line answer to “what leaves my store?”

Products, categories, media and SEO fields — no orders, customers or e-mail addresses. When a client leaves, disconnect the store and we delete our copy on request.

See what happens when a store misbehaves

5 stores in the price, and cheaper per store after.

What the portfolio costs as it grows
Stores A month Per store AI runs
5 $79 $15.80 5,000
10 $139 $13.90 10,000
20 $259 $12.95 20,000
50 $619 $12.38 50,000

Every row is the same plan — only the count changes, and each store you add brings 1,000 more AI runs into the pool.

Up to 4 client stores, Store costs no more; from 5, Agency is the cheaper plan — 9 client stores cost $127 a month here, against $171 as separate Store plans — and the AI allowance is one pool that follows the work. Billed monthly through Paddle; you see the exact total, tax included, before anything is charged. Add or drop stores from your plan screen — prorated — and cancel anytime.

Questions agencies ask

Do I need the Agency plan to run more than one store?

No. A Store plan covers up to 20 stores at $19 each, and up to 4 stores it costs no more than Agency. From 5 stores Agency is the cheaper plan — and at any count it adds the portfolio: the board across every client, one review queue, and an AI allowance that is one pool instead of one ration per store.

What does my client have to do, or hand over?

Nothing beyond the plugin. It goes into their wp-admin — you install it, or their developer does — and Connect introduces the store to your workspace with one click. No REST API keys, no Jetpack, no WordPress.com account, and their admin login stays theirs.

Can a client log in and see their own store?

Not today. A workspace has one login — yours — and every client store lives inside it. What you hand the client is the record: per store, in plain language, every finding, decision and verified change, shown from your screen or pasted into the monthly report.

Is one client's catalog ever visible next to another's?

The board aggregates status across stores — which ones need you, and why. Everything underneath it belongs to exactly one store: findings, drafts, approvals and history are scoped to the store they came from, and a draft for one client is written from that client's catalog alone.

What if the client's own team edits a product while a draft is waiting?

The draft is held as stale: it cannot be approved or applied until it is re-checked against the product as it is now. Before any write, the connector compares the current value with the one the draft was based on — so nobody's edit is overwritten by an old idea, and a rollback within 150 days checks the same way.

How is AI billed across clients?

One allowance for the whole account — 5,000 AI runs a month for 5 stores, 1,000 more for each store you add — and it goes wherever this week's work is. There is no per-client line item and no metered bill. When the pool runs out, drafting pauses until your plan's next monthly refill; scanning, approvals and applying keep working.

What happens when I win a client, or lose one, mid-month?

Add the store from your plan screen and the rest of the period is prorated; the pool grows with it. When a client leaves, disconnect the store: waiting drafts are parked, the store keeps every applied change, and we delete our copy of its catalog on request. The record of what you did stays in your history.

How many stores can one account hold?

Agency covers up to 50 stores from the plan screen without a conversation — 5 in the price, $12 a month for each one after. More than that, or a catalog above the per-store ceiling, is a conversation we are glad to have.

Prove it on one client's catalog.

The scan, the findings and 25 AI runs on a first store cost nothing. When it has earned the portfolio, connect the clients you already run and work every catalog from one queue.

No card required for the first store. The free plan never writes to WooCommerce.
