1. Definitions
- “CatalogLift”, “we”, “us” — Testica Iga Małłek, ul. Polna 2, 87-162 Lubicz Górny, Poland, the provider of the service.
- “Service” — the CatalogLift web application at this domain, the CatalogLift WordPress connector plugin, and the documentation and e-mails that come with them.
- “Customer”, “you” — the business, agency or person that creates a workspace. Whoever creates a workspace on behalf of a company confirms they may bind it.
- “Workspace” — your tenant in the Service, with its users, connected stores, findings, drafts and history.
- “Store” — a WooCommerce store you connect through the connector plugin.
- “Catalog data” — the product catalog fields the connector exports, listed on the Security page and in the Privacy policy.
- “Paddle” — Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates, the merchant of record that sells paid plans.
2. Your account
You need an account with a verified e-mail address to use the Service. Keep your password and second factor to yourself, and tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace. The Service is for businesses; you must be at least 18 to use it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect a store you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
- use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or publish content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful in your store;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Service or another customer's data without written permission — responsible disclosure is described on the Security page;
- reverse-engineer the application, scrape it, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product;
- overload the Service or the AI features deliberately, or evade a plan's limits.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the Service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.
4. The connector plugin
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the CatalogLift connector plugin on the WordPress sites of the stores you connect, for as long as you use the Service. The plugin exports catalog data to your workspace and executes the changes decided in it; it does not read orders, customers or payments. You may not modify it to send other data, or distribute it as your own. When you disconnect a store, the plugin forgets its credentials; you can then remove it like any other plugin.
5. Every change carries your authority
CatalogLift changes your store only on a decision made under your workspace's authority. Scanners find problems and the AI drafts fixes; the model never decides. Each draft is shown with its evidence, confidence and before/after diff, and is approved or rejected either by a person in your workspace or by an AI agent that workspace has connected and authorised. Only decided changes are written to your store, each write is read back and re-scanned. Eligible verified changes can be rolled back for 150 days after verification, subject to the previous value, connector support and the current state of the store. The receipt shows whether rollback is available and records its result.
Connecting an agent — an AI assistant of your own, through our MCP server — is a grant of authority, not a convenience setting. From the moment you consent, that agent may do in the loop what the account it acts for may do, including approving drafts and writing them to your store, until you disconnect it. You remain responsible for reviewing what is approved on your authority and for the content of your store, whether the decision was made by a person or by an agent you connected. Disconnecting an agent stops it from acting further; it does not undo what it has already done, and eligible changes remain subject to the same rollback limits.
6. AI output
Drafts are produced by a large language model from your own product data. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your market — that is why they are drafts. Do not treat them as legal, medical, safety or regulatory advice, and check any factual claim decided on your authority. We do not guarantee that a draft improves rankings, conversions or anything else. AI features draw on the AI allowance of your plan — a number of runs per billing period, pooled across your workspace — and pause when it is spent; the application says so when it happens.
7. Your data
Catalog data stays yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms and — for the personal data that may be inside catalog data — is our data processing agreement with you: we act on your documented instructions, keep it confidential, secure it, use only the sub-processors listed there, help you answer data-subject requests, and delete it when the contract ends. Product data sent to the AI provider is covered by the same policy.
8. Plans, billing and price changes
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits VAT or sales tax where due, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. Prices are on the pricing page; the amount Paddle shows at checkout is the amount you pay.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the plan screen; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Your workspace then returns to Free with your stores connected and your data kept, under the free plan's limits.
- If a payment fails, we keep your plan for a grace period so you can update the card; after that the workspace returns to Free — scans continue, applying pauses, and connected agents stop being able to work the loop until you subscribe again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail; a change never applies to a period already paid for.
- Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full. This includes renewals and additional plan-change payments, even if you have received a refund before. See the Refund policy for how to ask and what happens to your subscription.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service credits at this stage. Maintenance and incidents are announced inside the application when they affect you. Support is by e-mail at hello@cataloglift.com on business days.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code, models of the loop and documentation are ours or our licensors' and stay so. Your catalog data, your playbook and the changes made in your store are yours. Drafts the AI produces from your data are yours to use once approved, and we make no ownership claim over them. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
11. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the Service — for us that includes everything in your workspace, for you that includes non-public features and pricing we show you. This survives the end of the contract for three years; trade secrets for as long as they remain secret.
12. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost revenue, or for changes applied to your store on your authority, whether you or an agent you connected decided on them. Our total liability under these Terms in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid to us (through Paddle) for the Service in the twelve months before the claim — or, on the Free plan, EUR 100. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything the law does not let us limit.
13. Term and termination
These Terms apply from the moment you create a workspace until it is deleted. You can delete stores and your account from the settings screen at any time. We may terminate or suspend on notice if you materially breach these Terms and do not remedy within 14 days of being told, or immediately where the breach is a security or legal risk. On termination, access ends and your data is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy policy. Sections 7, 10 to 12 and 14 survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland, and the courts competent for our registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction — with two exceptions. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply and you may sue and be sued in your own courts. For a complaint, contact hello@cataloglift.com. Information about out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available from the European Commission's list of dispute resolution bodies. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For changes that reduce your rights or add obligations we e-mail workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the date and the old Terms apply until your paid period ends. The date at the top always shows the current version.
