1. The policy

Ask within 14 calendar days of any payment being collected and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This covers your first payment, every subscription renewal and any additional payment for a plan change. Each payment has its own 14-day request window.

Previous refunds do not affect your eligibility. You can request refunds for more than one payment when each is within its own window, even if a later payment has already been collected. There is no usage requirement or limit on the number of eligible payments. The deadline is for your request to reach us or Paddle, not for the refund to reach your bank.

2. How refunds are issued

Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund to the payment method you paid with — the same card, PayPal account or bank where possible. Processing and bank settlement take additional time after your request; Paddle's refund policy explains those timelines. The refund includes any VAT or sales tax that was charged.

3. How to ask

E-mail hello@cataloglift.com or use the contact page, and include the Paddle order number from your receipt e-mail (or the e-mail address you paid with). That is all we need. We confirm the refund by e-mail once Paddle has issued it. You can also request a refund through Paddle support using the details on your receipt.

4. What happens to your workspace

A full refund of the payment for your current subscription period — your first payment or a renewal — ends that subscription and your workspace returns to the Free plan. It will not renew. The refund itself does not delete your data: your stores stay connected, the scan keeps running and your findings and history remain. Applying decided changes pauses until you subscribe again, the free plan's product ceiling applies, and any AI agent you connected stops being able to work the loop — you can still disconnect it from the Agents screen on any plan.

Refunding an earlier period does not end a later paid period or stop its subscription from renewing. If you also want to stop future payments, cancel the subscription separately; access then continues until the end of the paid period. If we cannot confirm which period a refund covers, we review it before changing your access or renewal.

A refund of an additional plan-change payment is a billing correction and does not by itself end your plan. It also does not undo an upgrade; if you want to reverse a plan change, contact us to arrange the plan change and refund together. Refunding a subscription you have since replaced does not cancel your current paid period. Changes already applied to your WooCommerce store stay in place.

5. Cancelling

Cancelling is different from a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the plan screen; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, does not renew, and your workspace then goes to the Free plan as described in section 4. If the last payment was within the past 14 days and you want it back instead, ask for the refund (section 3). Outside that window, cancelling itself is not refunded: you keep everything you paid for until the period ends, and the remaining days of the period are not returned as a partial refund.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and never takes away from, the rights the law gives you. Any applicable consumer withdrawal rights and remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service apply alongside this guarantee. The 14-day guarantee does not shorten those rights.
