One connected WooCommerce site. Products, variants and their catalog data all belong to that store, and you are never billed per product. Each store does have a ceiling on how big a catalog CatalogLift will carry — 1,000 products on Free, 10,000 on the paid plans. A catalog above the ceiling still syncs and still scans; only drafting and applying wait for a plan that covers it.

One small WordPress plugin, downloaded from your CatalogLift workspace and installed like any other. It needs WordPress 6.7, PHP 8.3 and WooCommerce 10.0 or newer. There are no keys to copy: you press Connect in wp-admin, confirm the store in CatalogLift, and the first sync starts on its own. No Jetpack, no WordPress.com account.

The model never decides — it only drafts, and every draft shows a before/after diff with evidence and confidence. A change reaches WooCommerce on a decision made under your workspace's authority: yours in the panel, or one made by an AI agent you connected yourself and can cut off in one click. On a paid plan you can hand your assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or your own code — the run of the loop; it works through the same gates and every change it makes carries its name on the receipt.

On a paid plan you can connect your own agent over MCP — Claude at claude.ai, ChatGPT in developer mode, Claude Code, or your own code — and it works the loop with your account's reach: reading findings, ordering drafts against your playbook, deciding on them and writing them to WooCommerce. Drafts it orders come out of the same monthly allowance, there is no second bill, and one click disconnects it. Free connects no agent.

Eligible verified changes can be rolled back from their receipt for 150 days after verification. Availability depends on the previous value and your connector; some values cannot be restored. The connector compares the current WooCommerce value against what CatalogLift wrote before restoring, so a rollback never overwrites an edit someone made in the meantime.

There is no trial clock, because nothing expires. The free plan stays free, and it includes 25 AI runs so you can judge the quality of the writing on your own catalog before paying anything. Each run spends one of the 25 — including a run that ends with no change or too little to work from — so 25 runs is not 25 finished drafts. What a paid plan adds is putting those fixes back into WooCommerce.

One generation of one field — a title, a description, an alt text — or one improvement assessment is one run, whatever the model answers: a draft, "no change" or "too little to work from" all spend it. Asking for the same field again is another run. A technical error on our side or the model's never charges one. Scanning, approving, applying and rolling back use no AI at all. The pool refills in full on the day your plan renews and does not accumulate; a store you add mid-period brings the part of its pool the rest of the period is worth. When the pool is spent, everything but drafting keeps working.

Drafting pauses. Scanning, findings and history keep working, and on a paid plan so do approvals and applying. The allowance belongs to your whole workspace rather than to one store, it refills every month on the day your plan renews, and it grows with the number of stores you pay for. Free's 25 AI runs are a one-time sample rather than a monthly ration, so they do not come back. You will never find a metered AI bill you did not expect.

Nothing is deleted and nothing is refused at the door. Every plan covers a number of stores — 1 store on Free, the ones you pay for on Store, 5 and up on Agency — and the stores past that number stay connected with their catalog, findings and history intact, but are not watched, drafted for or written to until you add a seat or an older store leaves. Adding a seat from your plan screen seats them at once.

Yes, from your own plan screen, without writing to anyone. Step the store count or switch between Store and Agency, and the payment provider quotes the change first — prorated for the rest of the current period, tax included — so you confirm a number, not a guess. Cancelling works the same way: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your store keeps every applied change.

Yes. The connector reads the SEO title and meta description your SEO plugin stores, the scanners check them, and approved fixes are written back to the same fields — so your SEO plugin keeps showing the values CatalogLift set.

No. Every plan, including the free one, runs the complete set of checks. Paid plans change what happens after a finding, not what gets found.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record, which issues the invoice and handles VAT. Prices are quoted in US dollars before tax; Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax for your country and shows the exact total — in your local currency where it is supported — before anything is charged. Cancel anytime and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full. No reason needed: e-mail us with the Paddle order number from your receipt, or ask Paddle support, and Paddle returns the money to the payment method you paid with. Refunding the current period ends that subscription and your workspace goes to Free — nothing is deleted. Cancelling on its own is different: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and the remaining days are not refunded.

Cancel and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for; then your workspace goes to Free with the connection kept: your stores stay connected, scanning keeps running, and your findings and history remain. From that day Free's limits apply — applying pauses until you subscribe again, the free product ceiling applies, stores past the free seat count are no longer watched, and any AI agent you connected stops working the loop. Every change already applied stays in your store. If you want the copy gone as well, ask us and we delete it.
